Croatian born, South Detroit based dj/producer TEO returns to Popgang Records with the infectious, summer time disco cut, "Papaya". With past releases on Spirit Soul Records, Black Box Records, Deep Strips Records and Downpour Recordings, TEO is a veteran of the Nu Disco world. And with recent DJ sets in Mexico City and a release party for "Papaya" planned at Popgang's recurring DTLA warehouse party, Cyber Rodeo, TEO is making the rounds this Summer as he refocuses on his productions and bookings. "Papaya" is his first release post-covid and showcases his unique take on daytime disco and mid-tempo productions with impeccable horn sampling, live guitar and driving bass lines to keep the groove alive.
