The first single of 2014 from Manics is here. High Floors features complete original instrumentation and vocals from the San Francisco based duo turned trio. The band has been busy the last few months honing their live set, Adding Josh Hill (formerly of Hella and Boys IV Men) to the roster for percussion. After a heap of remixes and coming off their 2013 single "Git Wit Dis", Manics are back with a melancholic dance song that shows their versatility in production style, merging R&B, house, and their own style of driving indie dance.

Los Angeles natives Micah Smith and Mike Frazier came together in the summer of 2012 to form Sunset Groove. United by a common desire to revive the sounds and attitude of early house music, their music is linked by a common theme: rhythm above all else. Easily recognized by their juxtaposition of Afro-Caribbean percussion over classic drum machine sounds and the jazzy chords typical of house music from New York in the 90's. They describe their sound as “groove-driven house.” The "Deeper Love EP" marks Sunset Groove's first official release featuring two originals, "Deeper Love" and "Waiting" along with remixes from two of the label's stand out producers, Jayko and Light Echo. Each bringing their unique style and skill to the table resulting in a cohesive EP meant for DJs and house music fans alike.
